| Air Ride Technologies has taken the patented proven technology of the massively successful ShockWave and applied it to the MacPherson strut suspension. Now sport compact owners can install a BOLT-IN air suspension with NO cutting, NO welding and NO fabrication! Along with solving the obvious problems of air spring and shock placement, Air Ride has improved alignment adjustment with slotted spindle mounting holes and eccentric bolts. This will prevent the need for camber caster plates to get proper wheel alignment at your new lowered ride height. We have also included new upper mounts so there is no need to take apart your old strut to re-use the oem upper mount. The AirStrut offers valving adjustment at the top of the strut stem, under the hood where it is accessible. This adjustment means you can choose soft for ride quality and cruising, or firm for auto crossing and ultimate handling performance. Set up to deliver a 2" drop at ride height and up to a 4" drop when deflated. Now there is no need to endure the harsh ride quality of lowered coils or air cylinders, no need to cut up your car to get it low. All you have to do is bolt on the AirStrut and GO!
